Section 4142 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 STAT. 1881) is amended— in subsection
(b)by striking this Act and inserting Agriculture and Nutrition Act of 2018 , and in subsection (d)(1) by striking 2008 and inserting 2018 . There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out section 4142 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 STAT. 1881) as amended by subsection (a). Only funds appropriated under subsection
(b)in advance specifically to carry out section 4142 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( Public Law 110–246 ; 122 STAT. 1881) as amended by subsection
(a)shall be available to carry out such section as so amended.
