Section 1110 of the Food Security Act of 1985 (also known as the Food for Progress Act of 1985; 7 U.S.C. 1736o ) is amended— in subsection (f)(3), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; in subsection (g), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; in subsection (k), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and in subsection (l)(1), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 . Section 1110(b)(5) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (also known as the Food for Progress Act of 1985; 7 U.S.C. 1736o(b)(5) ) is amended— by striking and at the end of subparagraph (E); by redesignating subparagraph
(F)as subparagraph (G); and by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following new subparagraph: a college or university (as such terms are defined in section 1404(4) of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3103(4) ); and . Section 1110(o) of the Food Security Act of 1985 is amended in paragraph
(1)by striking
(F)and inserting
(G).
