Section 14(h)(2)(E) of the Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1012(h)(2)(E) ) is amended by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 . The Watershed Protection and Flood Prevention Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to any other funds made available by this Act, of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall make available to carry out this Act $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023, to remain available until expended. .
