Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency shall publish, and revise thereafter as appropriate, a work plan and processes for completing the determinations required by clause

(v)of section 3(c)(5)(A) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act ( 7 U.S.C. 136a(c)(5)(A) ), as added by section 9111(a), and implementing and enforcing standards of registration consistent with such clause and consistent with registration reviews and other periodic reviews.
