Section 308(a) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 3125a note) is amended— in the heading, by striking ; and pilot by striking pilot . Section 308(b)(1)(C) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 is amended by inserting onsite before public . Section 308(b)(6) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 3125a note) is amended by striking on the date that is 10 years after the date of enactment of this section and inserting on June 18, 2023 .

Section 308(d)(2) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 3125a note) is amended by striking Not later than 6, 8, and 10 years after the date of enactment of this section and inserting Not later than June 18, 2019, June 18, 2021, and June 18, 2023 .
