Section 308(d)(2) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 3125a note) is amended by striking Not later than 6, 8, and 10 years after the date of enactment of this section and inserting Not later than June 18, 2019, June 18, 2021, and June 18, 2023 .
