Section 16(c)(1) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2025(c)(1) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)(ii)— in subclause
(I)by striking and at the end, in subclause (II)— by striking fiscal year thereafter and inserting of the fiscal years 2015 through 2017 , and by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and , and by adding at the end the following: for each fiscal year thereafter, $0. , and in subparagraph
(C)by striking fiscal year 2004 and all that follows through second , and inserting any of the fiscal years 2004 through 2018 for which the Secretary determines that for the second or subsequent consecutive fiscal year, and with respect to fiscal year 2019 and any fiscal year thereafter for which the Secretary determines that for the third .
