Section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 1632b ) is amended— in subsection (d)(2)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking representatives of each of the following groups and inserting a diverse group of representatives of public and private entities, including the following: ; in subparagraph (A), by striking The 2 and inserting Two ; in subparagraph (B), by inserting or a State legislator, after agency, ; and by amending subparagraph
(C)to read as follows: Four entities representing commodities produced in the State. ; in subsection (e)(1), by striking subsection
(i)and inserting subsection
(g); and by striking subsections (g), (h), and
(i)and inserting the following new subsection: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
