Section 1672B of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by inserting using funds made available under subsection (e), after Board, ; and by inserting in each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 after grants ; and in paragraph (7), by inserting , soil health, after conservation ; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraphs: $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2020; $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $30,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter. ; and in paragraph (2)— in the paragraph heading, by striking ; and for fiscal years 2014 through 2018 by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
