Not later than September 30, 2019, and each year thereafter, the Secretary shall annually submit to Congress a report describing the allocations made to, and matching funds received by, 1890 Institutions and 1862 Institutions (as those terms are defined in section 2 of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7601 ) for each of the agricultural research, extension, education, and related programs established under— section 1444 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3221 ); section 1445 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222 ); subsections
(b)and
(c)of section 3 of the Smith-Lever Act ( 7 U.S.C. 343 ); and the Hatch Act of 1887 ( 7 U.S.C. 361a et seq.).
