Section 1425 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3175 ) is amended— by redesignating subsection
(f)as subsection (g); by inserting after subsection
(e)the following: Projects carried out with funds made available under section 3(d) of the Act of May 8, 1914 ( 7 U.S.C. 343(d) ), to carry out the program established under subsection
(b)may be coordinated with the nutrition education and obesity prevention grant program under section 28 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2036a ) or another health promotion or nutrition improvement strategy, whether publicly or privately funded, as determined by the Secretary. ; and in subsection
(g)(as so redesignated), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
