The following provisions of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act are hereby repealed: Section 306(a)(23) ( 7 U.S.C. 1926(a)(23) ). Section 310B(f) ( 7 U.S.C. 1932(f) ). Section 379 ( 7 U.S.C. 2008n ). Section 379A ( 7 U.S.C. 2008o ). Section 379C ( 7 U.S.C. 2008q ). Section 379D ( 7 U.S.C. 2008r ). Section 379F ( 7 U.S.C. 2008t ). Subtitle I (7 U.S.C. 2009dd–2009dd–7). Section 333A(h) of such Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1983a(h) ) is amended by striking 310B(f), . 1936 Section 314 of the Rural Electrification Act of 1936 ( 7 U.S.C. 940d ) is hereby repealed.
