Section 305 of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1925 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(2)— by striking $300,000 and inserting $600,000 ; by striking $700,000 and inserting $1,750,000 ; and by striking 2000 and inserting 2019 ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking August and inserting July ; and in paragraph (2), by striking ending on August 31, 1996 and inserting that immediately precedes the 12-month period described in paragraph
(1).
