Section 1001 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 7 U.S.C. 1308 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking section 1001 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 and inserting section 1111 of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( ; and 7 U.S.C. 9011 ) in paragraph (2), by inserting first cousin, niece, nephew, after sibling, ; in subsections
(b)and (c), by striking and as marketing loan gains or loan deficiency payments under subtitle B of title I of the Agricultural Act of 2014 each place it appears and inserting of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( ; and 7 U.S.C. 9016 , 9017) in subsection (f), by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall apply any order described in section 1614(d)(1) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9097(d)(1) ) to payments under sections 1116 and 1117 of that Act ( 7 U.S.C. 9016 , 9017) prior to applying payment limitations under this section. . The amendments made by this section shall apply beginning with the 2019 crop year.
