Section 9011 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8111 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(6)— in subparagraph (B)— in clause (ii)(II), by striking and at the end; in clause (iii), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: algae. ; and in subparagraph (C)— by striking clause (iv); and by redesignating clauses
(v)through
(vii)as clauses
(iv)through (vi), respectively; in subsection (b)(2), by inserting (including eligible material harvested for the purpose of hazardous woody fuel reduction) after material ; and in subsection (f)— in paragraph (1)— by striking Of the funds and inserting the following: Of the funds ; in subparagraph
(A)(as so designated), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and by adding at the end the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. ; and in paragraph (3)— by striking the paragraph designation and heading and all that follows through Effective in subparagraph
