Section 9005(g) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8105(g) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 .
