Section 9003 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8103 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking produces an advanced biofuel; and and inserting the following: “produces any 1 or more, or a combination, of— an advanced biofuel; a renewable chemical; or a biobased product; and ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking produces an advanced biofuel. and inserting the following: “produces any 1 or more, or a combination, of— an advanced biofuel; a renewable chemical; or a biobased product. ; and in subsection (g)— in paragraph (1)(A)— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $100,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2020. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
