Section 6402 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 1632b ) is amended— in subsection (e)(1), by striking subsection
(i)and inserting subsection
(h); by striking subsection (g); by redesignating subsections
(h)and
(i)as subsections
(g)and (h), respectively; and in subsection
(h)(as so redesignated), by striking is authorized and all that follows through 2018 and inserting are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this section .
