Section 308 of the Federal Crop Insurance Reform and Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 3125a note; Public Law 103–354 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(6)(A), by striking 10 years and inserting 15 years ; and in subsection (d)(2), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 6, 8, and 10 years and inserting 13 years .
