Section 532 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended— by striking paragraph (11); by redesignating paragraphs
(12)through
(23)and
(25)through
(35)as paragraphs
(11)through
(22)and
(26)through (36), respectively; in paragraph
(20)(as so redesignated), by striking College and inserting University ; by inserting after paragraph
(22)(as so redesignated) the following: Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College. ; and by inserting after paragraph
(24)the following: Red Lake Nation College. . The amendments made by paragraph
(1)take effect on October 1, 2018. Section 533(b) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 . Section 535 of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended by striking 2018 each place it appears in subsections (b)(1) and
(c)and inserting 2023 . Section 536(c) of the Equity in Educational Land-Grant Status Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 301 note; Public Law 103–382 ) is amended in the first sentence by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
