Section 408(e) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 ( 7 U.S.C. 7628(e) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
