Section 1672B of the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925b ) is amended— in subsection (a)(7), by striking conservation and inserting conservation, soil health, ; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1)— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (C), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $40,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 and 2020; $45,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; and $50,000,000 for fiscal year 2022 and each fiscal year thereafter. ; and in paragraph (2)— in the paragraph heading, by striking ; and for fiscal years 2014 through 2018 by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
