Section 1445 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall annually submit to Congress a report describing the allocations made to, and matching funds received by— eligible institutions under this section; and institutions designated under the Act of July 2, 1862 (commonly known as the First Morrill Act ) (12 Stat. 503, chapter 130; 7 U.S.C. 301 et seq.). .
