Section 379E of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act ( 7 U.S.C. 2008s ) is amended— in subsection (b)(4)(B)(ii)— in the clause heading, by striking and inserting Maximum amount ; Amount by inserting not less than 20 percent and before not more than 25 percent ; and by striking the period at the end and inserting the following: “, subject to— satisfactory performance by the microenterprise development organization under this section, and the availability of funding. ; and in subsection (d)(2)— by striking $40,000,000 and inserting $20,000,000 ; and by striking 2009 through 2018 and inserting 2019 through 2023 .
