Section 28(c) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2036a(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (B)— in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking Except as provided in subparagraph (C), a and inserting A ; in clause (ii), by striking and after the semicolon; by redesignating clause
(iii)as clause (iv); and by inserting after clause
(ii)the following: describe how the State agency shall use an electronic reporting system that measures and evaluates the projects; and ; and by striking subparagraph (C); in paragraph (3)(B), in the matter preceding clause (i), by inserting , the Director of the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, before and outside stakeholders ; in paragraph (5), by inserting the expanded food and nutrition education program or before other health promotion ; and by adding at the end the following: The State agency shall submit to the Secretary an annual evaluation report in accordance with regulations issued by the Secretary. .
