Section 3206(e)(1) of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 1726c(e)(1) ) is amended— by inserting to the Secretary after appropriated ; and by striking 2014 through 2018 and inserting 2019 through 2023 .
