(D)of section 1404(18) of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( after 7 U.S.C. 3103(18) ), private corporations, ; in subsection (d), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and in subsection (e)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
