Section 207(f)(4) of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1726a(f)(4) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— by striking $17,000,000 and inserting 1.5 percent, but not less than $17,000,000, ; and by striking 2018 each place it appears and inserting 2023 ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
