The Secretary shall review the establishment, calculation, reallocation, adjustment, and reduction of base acres under part II of subtitle A of title I of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9011 et seq.). Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report describing the results of the review under subsection (a).
