The Secretary shall provide compensation for expenses relating to losses of peach and blueberry crops that occurred— during calendar year 2017; and due to extreme cold, as determined by the Secretary. Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out this section $18,000,000, to remain available until expended.
