Section 226A(d)(1) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6933(d)(1) ) is amended by striking Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services and inserting Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm Production and Conservation . Section 242(b)(3) of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 ( 7 U.S.C. 6952(b)(3) ) is amended by striking Under Secretary for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services and inserting Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm Production and Conservation .
Section 205(b)(2) of the Food for Peace Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1725(b)(2) ) is amended by striking Under Secretary of Agriculture for Farm and Foreign Agricultural Services and inserting Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs . Section 625(c)(1)(A) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 1131c(c)(1)(A) ) is amended by striking Under Secretary and all that follows through designee and inserting Under Secretary of Agriculture for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs, or the designee of that Under Secretary .
