Section 209 of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 ( 7 U.S.C. 1627a ) is amended by striking subsection
(c)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this section $1,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. .
