Section 1207 of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 8737 ) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 1207(c) of the Agricultural Act of 2014 ( 7 U.S.C. 9037(c) ) is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: During the period beginning on August 1, 2013, and ending on July 31, 2021, the value of the assistance provided under paragraph
(1)shall be 3 cents per pound. Beginning on the first day after the end of the period described in subparagraph (A), and subject to the availability of appropriations under clause (ii), the value of the assistance provided under paragraph
(1)shall be 3 cents per pound. There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out clause (i). .
