Section 507(f) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act ( 7 U.S.C. 1507(f) ) is amended— by striking paragraphs
(3)and
(4)and inserting the following: the Farm Service Agency, in assisting the Board in— the determination of individual producer yields; sharing information on beginning farmers and ranchers and veteran farmers and ranchers; investigating potential waste, fraud, or abuse; sharing information to support the transition of crops and counties from the noninsured crop disaster assistance program established by section 196 of the Federal Agriculture Improvement and Reform Act of 1996 ( 7 U.S.C. 7333 ) to insurance under this subtitle; and serving as a local point of contact for the dissemination of information on risk management options available to farmers and ranchers; and other Federal agencies, in assisting the Board in any way the Board determines is necessary in carrying out this subtitle. ; in paragraph (2), by striking
