Section 101 of the Specialty Crops Competitiveness Act of 2004 ( 7 U.S.C. 1621 note; Public Law 108–465 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; in subsection (e)— by striking shall identify and inserting the following: “shall— identify ; in paragraph

(a)and paragraph (1), the Administrator of the Agricultural Marketing Service shall administer the funds of approved multistate projects under subsection (j). ; and in subsection (l)(2)(E), by inserting and each fiscal year thereafter before the period at the end.
