Section 7407(d) of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 5925c(d) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— in the paragraph heading, by striking ; and through fiscal year 2012 by striking $5,000,000, to remain available until expended. and inserting the following: “, to remain available until expended— $5,000,000 for each of the periods of fiscal years 2008 through 2012 and 2014 through 2018; and $5,000,000 for the period of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. ; by striking paragraph (2); by redesignating paragraph
