Sec. 301. Lifelong learning in computer and information security study

The Secretary of Homeland Security shall establish a program to be known as the Lifelong Computer and Information Security Study . Such program shall be designed to promote computer and information security professionals among Federal civilian agencies, critical infrastructure, and the general public by supporting post-employment education and training. The Secretary shall have the discretion to determine the best methods for accomplishing the objective of this section. The Secretary shall periodically submit to Congress a report on the implementation of this section.
