In this Act, the following definitions apply: The term Board of Regents means the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution. The term Congressional Commission means the Commission to Study the Potential Creation of a National Women’s History Museum, established under section 3056 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3810). The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Smithsonian Institution.
