The following provisions of section 45(d) are each amended by striking January 1, 2017 each place it appears and inserting January 1, 2018 : Paragraph (2)(A). Paragraph (3)(A). Paragraph (4)(B). Paragraph (6). Paragraph (7). Paragraph (9). Paragraph (11)(B). Section 48(a)(5)(C)(ii) is amended by striking January 1, 2017 and inserting January 1, 2018 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect on January 1, 2017.
