Section 217(h)(3)(B)(iii) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1187(h)(3)(B)(iii) ) is amended by striking September 30, 2020 and inserting September 30, 2027 . Section 411 of the Air Transportation Safety and System Stabilization Act ( 49 U.S.C. 40101 note) is amended by striking September 30, 2025 each place it appears and inserting September 30, 2027 .
