Section 1888(e)(5)(B) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395yy(e)(5)(B)) is amended— in clause (i), by striking and
(iii)and inserting , (iii), and
(iv); in clause (ii), by striking clause
(iii)and inserting clauses
(iii)and
(iv); and by adding at the end the following new clause: For fiscal year 2019 (or other similar annual period specified in clause (i)), the skilled nursing facility market basket percentage, after application of clause (ii), is equal to 2.4 percent. .
