Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)) is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking 2018 and inserting 2020 ; and in clause (ii), by striking subclauses
(I)through
(VIII)and inserting the following: $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $8,000,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025. .
