Section 501(c) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 701(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(A)— in clause (v), by striking and at the end; in clause (vi), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new clause: $6,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 and 2019. ; in paragraph (3)(C), by inserting before the period the following: , and with respect to fiscal years 2018 and 2019, such centers shall also be developed in all territories and at least one such center shall be developed for Indian Tribes ; and by amending paragraph
(5)to read as follows: For purposes of this subsection— the term Indian Tribe has the meaning given to the term Indian tribe in section 4 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1603 ); the term State means each of the 50 States and the District of Columbia; and the term territory means Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the United States Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. .
