Section 1240B of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3839aa-2 ) is amended by striking subsection
(a)and inserting the following: During each of the 2002 through 2019 fiscal years, the Secretary shall provide payments to producers that enter into contracts with the Secretary under the program. . Section 1241 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking 2018 and inserting 2018 (and fiscal year 2019 in the case of the program specified in paragraph (5)) ; and in paragraph (5)(E), by striking fiscal year 2018 and inserting each of fiscal years 2018 through 2019 ; and in subsection (b), by striking 2018 and inserting 2018 (and fiscal year 2019 in the case of the program specified in subsection (a)(5)) .
