Title 14, United States Code, is further amended by adding after chapter 39 (as added by section 119) the following: Sec. 4101. Flags; pennants; uniforms and insignia. 4102. Penalty. 4103. Limitation on rights of members of the Auxiliary and temporary members of the Reserve. 4104. Availability of facilities and appropriations. . The sections of title 14, United States Code, identified in the table provided in paragraph
(2)are amended— by redesignating the sections as described in the table; and by transferring the sections, as necessary, so that the sections appear after the table of sections for chapter 41 of such title (as added by subsection (a)), in the order in which the sections are presented in the table. The table referred to in paragraph
