Title 14, United States Code, is further amended by inserting after chapter 11 (as amended by section 108) the following: Chap. Sec. 19. Coast Guard Academy 1901 21. Personnel; Officers 2101 23. Personnel; Enlisted 2301 25. Personnel; General Provisions 2501 27. Pay, Allowances, Awards, and Other Rights and Benefits 2701 29. Coast Guard Family Support, Child Care, and Housing 2901 . Chapter 13 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning.
Chapter 14 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning; and by striking the subchapter designation and the subchapter heading for each of the subchapters of such chapter. Chapter 15 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning; and by striking the subchapter designation and the subchapter heading for each of the subchapters of such chapter.
Chapter 17 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning. Chapter 18 of title 14, United States Code, is amended by striking the chapter designation, the chapter heading, and the table of sections at the beginning.
