Of the unobligated balances available to the President under the heading Development Assistance , as identified by Treasury Appropriation Fund Symbol 72 X 1021, $23,766,000 are rescinded. Of the unobligated balances available under the heading Export and Investment Assistance, Export-Import Bank of the United States for carryover under the heading Receipts Collected in the Department of State, Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2015 (division J of Public Law 113–235), $10,000,000 are rescinded.
