Nothing in this title or the amendments made by this title shall require the disclosure to the public of— information that would be exempt from disclosure under section 552 of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the Freedom of Information Act ); or information protected under section 552a of title 5, United States Code (commonly known as the Privacy Act of 1974 ), or section 6103 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
