Section 825 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1680o ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act for fiscal year 2017 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended. . The following provisions of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act are repealed: Section 123 ( 25 U.S.C. 1616p ). Paragraph

(g)of section 211 ( 25 U.S.C. 1621j ). Subsection
(e)of section 216 ( 25 U.S.C. 1621o ). Section 224 ( 25 U.S.C. 1621w ). Section 309 ( 25 U.S.C. 1638a ). Section 407 ( 25 U.S.C. 1647 ). Subsection
(c)of section 512 ( 25 U.S.C. 1660b ). Section 514 ( 25 U.S.C. 1660d ). Section 603 ( 25 U.S.C. 1663 ). Section 805 ( 25 U.S.C. 1675 ). Section 204(c)(1) of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1621c(c)(1) ) is amended by striking through fiscal year 2000 . Section 213 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1621 l ) is amended by striking
(a)The Secretary and inserting The Secretary . Section 310 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1638b ) is amended by striking funds provided pursuant to the authorization contained in section 309 each place it appears and inserting funds made available to carry out this title .
