Section 825 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1680o ) is amended to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as are necessary to carry out this Act for fiscal year 2017 and each fiscal year thereafter, to remain available until expended. . Section 204(c)(1) of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1621c(c)(1) ) is amended by striking through fiscal year 2000 . Section 213 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1621 l ) is amended by striking

(a)The Secretary and inserting The Secretary . Section 310 of the Indian Health Care Improvement Act ( 25 U.S.C. 1638b ) is amended by striking funds provided pursuant to the authorization contained in section 309 each place it appears and inserting funds made available to carry out this title .
