The Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5481 et seq.) is amended— in section 1021(b)(2), by striking unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts and practices and ; by striking section 1031; in section 1036(a)— in paragraph (1)— by striking provider and all that follows through to offer and inserting provider to offer ; by striking subparagraph (B); and in paragraph (2)(C), by striking ; or at the end and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (3); and in section 1061(b)(5)— in subparagraph (B), by striking clause (ii); by striking subparagraph (D); and by redesignating subparagraph
