Section 1022 of the Consumer Financial Protection Act of 2010 ( 12 U.S.C. 5512 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs shall have the same duties and authorities with respect to the Consumer Law Enforcement Agency as the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has with respect to any other agency that is not an independent regulatory agency (as such terms are defined, respectively, under section 3502 of title 44, United States Code). .
